Tracking

Sensitive information
Next Round does not ask for special-category information such as racial or ethnic origin, religion, sexual orientation, or health information. Please avoid adding that kind of information to profile fields, uploads, tournament content, or match chat.

If you allow notifications, the app registers a device token so it can send tournament, match, and account-related notifications. Notification preferences may be stored to respect your settings.

Google and YouTube data
If you connect a Google or YouTube account, information received from Google APIs is used only to provide the linked account features you choose to enable. Next Round's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Service providers and linked services
Next Round uses service providers and platform services to operate the app, including authentication, hosting, storage, notifications, support, and linked account features. These services process information only as needed to provide the app and related support.
Legal bases
Where privacy law requires a legal basis, Next Round relies on the basis that fits the data and feature involved. This may include providing the app and account services you request, your consent, legitimate interests such as security, abuse prevention, service reliability, and product improvement, or compliance with legal obligations.
Security
Next Round uses technical and operational measures intended to protect account and tournament information. No online service can guarantee absolute security.

Next Round is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact support so the request can be reviewed.
Data retention
Account and tournament information is kept while it is needed to provide the app, maintain records, resolve disputes, support safety and abuse prevention, or comply with legal obligations. When information is no longer needed, it may be deleted, anonymized, or kept only in restricted backup or operational records until deletion is practical.
Account deletion
Next Round includes an in-app account deletion flow. Open Profile, go to settings, and choose Delete account. Some operational, legal, or abuse-prevention records may be retained where required.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to certain processing of your personal information, request a copy of your information, or withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. Requests are reviewed according to applicable privacy laws.
